Well horror movies are my all time favorite, so I watch a crapton of them around this time of the year. It's debateable as to whether they are not good movies though.
Here are some of my favorites:
Hellraiser Hellraiser 2 Nightmare on Elm Street (hello Johnny Depp) Nightmare on Elm Street Dream Warrior Friday the 13th Part I Scream The Exorcist Halloween The Ring Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Shaun of the Dead Hocus Pocus It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. <-- Actually a really strange movie when you rewatch it as an adult. Resident Evil (All movies.)
Oh! Oh!! Great reminder! I need to have David watch that this year. He LOVED Charlie Brown Christmas last year.
I love the Charlie Brown holiday movies. H and I watch each one every year. We are lame!! Lol
I bought the box set of Christmas cartoon classics (Charlie Brown, Rudolph, Frosty, several others) when David was one and last year was the first year that he was interested in them. He watched them over and over. Charlie Brown and Rudolph were his favorites, he had to watch them every day. I know he's going to be all over the Charlie Brown pumpkin one this year.

I like to watch older horror movies like The Birds, Rear Window, and Psycho.
For more recent ones, we usually go see the new Paranormal Activity movie every year in theaters, Blair Witch, all of the Halloween movies, Scream, When A Stranger Calls, The Strangers, Vacancy

Night of the Living Dead? I love horror movies, so really any horror movie qualifies as a Halloween movie for me lol. H has never seen The Nightmare Before Christmas though, so we might have to do something about that this year.
ETA: April Fool's Day (1986), H says Darkness Falls (I've never seen it but apparently it's about the Tooth Fairy), Re-Animator, Tucker and Dale vs. Evil, Silent Hill (the 1st one), Susperia, Sleepaway Camp (all of them), Dark Water. None of these are really Halloweenish, just good. I could go on but I guess that's enough for now lol.
Rocky Horror Picture Show Hocus Pocus I second Sue Sue's Meet Me In St. Louis suggestion (also nice to watch around Christmas) Coraline The Nightmare Before Christmas Halloween The Addams Family/Addams Family Values And I like to YouTube Mr. Boogedy for nostalgia's sake every year:)
ETA: And as for older movies, I like Rear Window, What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?, and Gaslight.

Cute/cartoon Halloweenie movies: Hocus Pocus, Hotel Transylvania, Paranorman
Creepy (in general - not necessarily Halloween-themed) movies: The Night of the Hunter, Nosferatu, Dracula (the original Bela Lugosi one), The Skeleton Key
