I picked up Greek vanilla yogurt I can take to work for breakfast. I'll try doing that with fruit. I went grocery shopping and picked up a ton of fruit and veggies. I'm going to keep some peanut butter at work to eat with celery in the afternoon. Peanut butter helps with my sweet cravings. I was good today and didn't eat any of the giant delicious looking cinnamon buns today. I had a tiny rice crispy square though. Making spaghetti squash with meat sauce for supper. You?
