Can you help me with ideas for paleo, non-perishable snacks that can be sent overseas (they would need to last at least 2-3 weeks)? I know next to nothing about paleo, and the only thing I can think of is jerky. Any suggestions are much appreciated!
Caveman cookies, raw revolution bars, paleo people granola, Lara bars, that's it bars, any nuts other than peanuts, jars of almond butter. Most are available on amazon.

Ditto everyone else. There's a lot of fun dried meat choices, though - turkey, salmon, buffalo, etc.
Unsweetened coconut is awesome as is coconut butter (I eat both straight from the containers), maybe 100% fruit or tomato juice boxes, Brads raw kale chips or crackers, cacao, or paleo bars at health food stores.
'Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather, to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, screaming 'Woohoo! What a ride!' So every day is a holiday and every meal a feast."
