Down another pound! I'm pretty happy with a one pound a week loss. I hope I can keep it up. Maybe that mythical breastfeeding weight loss business is kicking in. Lol.
Down 2 lbs but I'm sure some of that is post-period loss...and I will take it!
I have been faithfully tracking in MFP, getting 5-6 workouts (cardio and weights), and wonder of wonders, drinking 8 glasses a water of day.
I also took measurements and some "before" pictures this weekend- the pictures, especially were eye-opening and will help, I think, in keeping me motivated in eating more than I should (particularly eating when I'm bored).
Sooo not good this week. Up a pound. Pretty sure I can blame it on drinking too much beer at a football game, and I've upped my caffiene intake (and decreased my water) over the week. Since I slept better last night than I have in forever, I'm hoping I can cut out some of the caffiene again.
Down a pound from where started... no idea how that compares to last week but I gained a little bit at first and it seems to have gone away. I'll take it!
