63 miles running - most ever!
I have a few more miles of walking added to that, I think, but never measure it. I need to join a gym again so I can do more cross-training over the winter.

Swim: 26 miles
I totally derailed this month and haven't been in the pool for two weeks. Sick, then sicker, then sickEST. Ugh. Now I'm feeling better, but I have a ton of work to do ahead of going OOT for this race ... so not happening at the moment, either.

I ran 56.5 miles in September. Which really is embarrassing considering I was doing 80+/month over the summer. But I'm at the beginning of marathon training, so it will just go up from here!
Swim - 10,000 meters Bike - 75 miles Run - 22.5 - highest ever!
I trained for my aquabike on 9/8, and then took a break from biking and swimming. I've been running, doing yoga and kickboxing. I'm kind of enjoying the swim/bike break!
Way less than August, but the school I work at was renovated over the summer, so I spent the first 2 weeks of this month at school until at least 5:30 working on my classroom. By the time I got home and ate, it was already dark so no run for me But 50 miles in 2 weeks (plus the first 2 weekends) is pretty good in my opinion.
