I don't want to do this anymore. It requires me to be home for the people to come and look, I have a barky dog and a baby that sleeps whenever she wants. Please stop bringing stuff to my house.

Easier said than done, I know, but just tell her it's not a convenient arrangement for you anymore and ask her to find another plan. I would send an email because I don't like confrontation.
I would probably blame it on my neat freak husband. "I'm so sorry, but H really can't stand the clutter. I won't be able to take any more of your things."

She hasn't asked since, she just shows up with her random shit? I would lose it on her.
Tell her you thought this was a one time thing, and that this is very inconvenient for you. If you want to be nice, do it this one last time. But I would not be nice because wtf?

Sort of. She posts "pick up at 11d's" and then brings the stuff over with instructions. LOL. I see the posts so I know she's bringing it and she'll text me to say she's coming.
