I just had a quick question. I started working out last week and made it a goal to burn 400 to 500 calories a work out. I realized that I do not really eat much more 1200 calories per day max. I generally do not eat breakfast, but have a snack, lunch, and dinner. It occurred to me that working out 4 to 5 days a week, at around 450 calories per workout might be too much. What do you think?
Oh, wow. I didn't realize I wasn't eating enough. So, more snacks and things? I normally just don't eat breakfast, because for whatever reason it makes me sort of nauseous to eat early in the day.
Can you eat non-breakfast foods for breakfast? If you really can't eat breakfast what about an early morning snack? In your case I'd try and make one of my "snacks" more like a meal.
