Help me be nice--portable breakfast ideas

Is it something you could do in a crockpot? I've done several of the breakfast casseroles in the crockpot that were good and easy.

What about little sausages wrapped in crescent rolls. Mini pigs in a blanket!

Mini quiches or breakfast pizza, maybe? That's nice of you to do, I'm sure they'll love whatever you bring.

I think pigs in the blanket are a great idea.

I make sausage and egg breakfast casserole all the time but never in a crock pot. The recipe I use is similar to this one.

I've subbed turkey sausage for the sausage and egg beaters for the eggs, and it still turned out fine.

Preassembled breakfast tacos? I bet you could stack 'em in a crock pot to keep them warm.

Scrambled eggs, melted cheese, breakfast protein, and tator tots. The tots make them, IMO.

I did this once for a meeting and it was a huge hit and little hassle.

Brown a pound of sausage and then mix in a block of cream cheese with the sausage.

Dump the sausage and cream cheese mix on top of the crescent rolls and even it out.

Put another roll of crescent rolls on the top and tuck the edges in. Bake for about 12-15 mins at 350.

Bam. Super easy sausage casserole.

I make something similar with a chipotle cream sauce. So good!

I cook everything in the skillet before adding it to the crock pot. I do the Sausage first and add it to the crock pot, then cook the hashbrowns, and when they're cooked I add the eggs to the hashbrowns, scramble them, add mix it all. I took flour tortillas, salsa, and cheese.

Sausage - Plain, Spicy, or Chorizo
Hashbrowns - I use shredded
