B: About to make a smoothie with strawberries, pb, spinach and almond milk. Just realized I left the house without a banana. L: Beef stew with quinoa D: King ranch chicken E: 3.75 mile run this morning. Might try and go for a run after work with DS and then make a pitstop at a playground. I miss hanging out with him now that school's started.
