My boss's take on the shutdown

We have been trying, for over an hour, to ship something for her (personal) overnight.  Prices on FedEx weren't acceptable, we try USPS.com.  For some reason they can't process credit card payments -- everything is declined or not going through.

"It must be because of the shutdown.  Just imagine!  That inconvenience!  How much it must be costing!  For everyone, ugh," walks away.

Yes.  Aside from the fact that I don't think the two are related, I'm sure everyone is super worried about the fact that people can't print out USPS labels online and will have to go into the post office, which is running, instead.
