I switched to truvia (from splenda - I know, I know) about a week ago. I can't do it anymore. It took me a few days to make the connection, but every morning an hour after my coffees, I get a headache, stomach ache, and diarrhea. Sometimes it lasts until the evening (the headaches and gas, not everything else)
I guess I am going to have to limit my sugar in the coffee or use the agave nectar like my DH does. The problem is I (heart) coffee - seriously I will finish a pot off if I am home in the morning by myself.
Is there anything else I can try? (for the record, I was fine with Splenda, but was trying to use something a bit better)
