I've decided to call the home warranty company about the leak.
It slowed a bit when I tightened it, but this past weekend it started to run out the side of the tub. My deductible is only $75 and I could spend that trying to fix it myself, so...
I'm nervous because I checked the company reviews online and it's not favorable. It seems like the company latches on to any excuse they can not to pay for work.
It doesn't cover obvious preexisting conditions (which we had an inspection and it was never noted and we've used the water for a month with no issues). I'm hoping they don't try to screw me by saying it's preexisting.
Or, because I installed the tub surround and new faucet, they try to say I caused it by doing the fixes.
Hopefully they're not total assholes about it. GL! I hate dealing with stuff like this so much. Boyfriend has to do it all because it stresses me our too much.

I think I was suppose to pay him the deductable for coming out, but I forgot to even mention it and it's obvious he's never worked with the warrenty place before.
