I would go with Studio 2, simply because I just joined a similar studio.
I think the unlimited for the first month is great, because you can get your feet wet and figure out what you like, whereas with Studio 1 you're limited to the series.
And with my studio, the instructors are great with drop-ins, so even if it's an intermediate or hot class, they make sure your posture is correct. Can you do a drop-in at each studio to see which you prefer?
I don't know that beginner classes are totally necessary, especially since you've done yoga before and probably still know basic poses. You might be surprised at what you remember if you go to class.
I started going to all levels classes at my studio weeks before I could take the beginner class and when I did it was soooooo boring. I only took the one that week and went back to open level the next.
But if it's really down to these two, I'd pick studio 2.
I would go with whichever one you enjoy more. It sounds like #2 is more your style.
You can still work on your alignment, etc while practicing a faster style. If you have specific poses that you want to work on, ask the instructor for some tips.
