I always have this problem...it does rain a fair amount in PA in the summer. Flip flops/sandals are usually my footwear of choice but wet feet are no fun. Sneakers also get wet and obviously I am not rocking rain boots with shorts. Suggestions?

I live in FL and it rains daily here in Summer.
So I got these Jelly Revas by Tory Burch and they hurt so freakin' bad! No idea of what to wear other than flip flops or sandals. I hope some great suggestions come our way!

If I HAVE to be outside in the rain, I wear waterproof boots. But the only thing that compels me to go out in the rain is walking the dog. Otherwise I have no use for rain gear because I don't go outside. If going out in business attire is unavoidable I wear platforms to keep my feet dry and above puddles.
Flip flops. J crew makes some rubber ballet flats for rain I'm planning on looking into though.
I keep eyeing those, especially because our summer is determined to be rainy. But I think I might just stick with rain boots - even with skirts and shorts.
It's pouring here today and I wore rainboots. My feet slide all over the place in wet flip flops. Also, I live and work in the city so my feet would likely be wet and dirty by the time I got into work if I just wore flip flops on a rainy commute.

I own a pair of those, and maybe it's just my feet, but whenever I wear them in the rain, my feet get all slippery and slip out. I still love them for everyday spring/summer wear though!
