FML. I do not have time for this. I'm not trying to hide my annoyance either. A is sick too, poor thing has been coughing all day. Hair pets please, and someone send a cleaning lady or two!

Boyfriend denies that he is pathetic when he has a cold. It is a lie. He just sits in bed and watches science videos on the internet and sighs a lot. He also does the exaggerated full body shivers.
I hope A feels better soon! Isn't her party coming up?
He asked me earlier why I didn't feel badly for him that he's dying. He may have been serious.
Yes, Mel, her party is Saturday. I'm still up cleaning, ugh. I don't want to leave it til the last minute and I want to have time to put together the decorations.

I just gigglesnorted.
I'd come help clean but I can't take any time off work this week
gault Today he was very helpful (got A dressed, made coffee, got her breakfast prepped to go to daycare, fed the dogs). He tries, he just has a different idea of helping. He makes me a bagel every day, which he thinks is helping, but I don't give two shits about breakfast, I just want to get out the door and I'll worry about food later. We've talked about it after a few very frustrating days last week. I think he gets it now that I need a very specific kind of help, not what he thinks is helping.
Also, normally I leave an outfit out for A for the morning for H to put on her. I didn't last night so I told him to just grab a tunic from the bottom drawer ("what's a tunic?!?") and some leggings and socks. You should see this outfit. Navy blue top with yellow and red flowers, white leggings with pink and aqua stripes, and purple socks. I think H doesn't quite get the delicate balance of outfit coordination. He probably just thinks she doesn't match every day and that his selection was par for the course.
