I think Sibil is. She's usually around here but she hangs out on CEP too. You could try paging her there.

I think Sibil is in Hawaii,but she may still have information. I think she was one of the people who gave me information when we were headed there, before orders changed. I'm not sure if the reg from MN who is currently on Guam made the hop over here though.
