I think I mentioned before that I did the ML video recently and measured myself for new bras. The ones I was wearing before were getting super old and were not that comfortable.
I bought a few bras recently for everyday use, and decided to try different brands (Panache, Freya and Chantelle) and ohmagah - they are all amazing.
The thing is, I'm hoping to get back into working out more regularly (mostly cardio) so I will probably need a couple of sports bras. I've looked online at a few and read the customer reviews, but I wanted to ask here for some recommendations as well. I'd mainly be on the treadmill, I guess, but I need something with enough support for a FF/G, so I can avoid any chafing...or a black eye. Any recs are appreciated!
I finally found a solution to this problem, just this week. I'm 36DD (so, big, but a far cry from a FF or G). I have two sports bras from Dick's (Champion and Nike, I think) and a racerback from Old Navy.
The 30 Days of Hell (level 1 anyway) involves a shit-ton of jumping jacks and fake jump rope. I damn near gave myself a black eye.
I went upstairs and put on a second sports bra. I had on the Old Navy one and the one that I think is Nike. They didn't move anywhere. 30 minutes of jumping jacks and not a lick of pain.
One was always fine for the elliptical, but I damn near put my eye out with those jumping jacks.
I second a Champion bra. I also recently bought a sports bra from Target. I buy the ones that hook in the back, not the pull over ones. My old Champion one had a double set of clasps so it stayed extra tight. I'm a D and everything stays put.
Also, fun fact, I did an ad for Chantelle bras once. It was a terrible, nerve racking day with all these mean old French women poking my boobs and asking why one was bigger than the other. (what?) The ad was pretty bad ass though.

I was just thinking about this the other day. I need some new, good sports bras. I'm a 36DD as well, and when I was getting up to run in the mornings I used to just double up on my cheap ones.
And thank you so very much for posting the link to the bra thread! I'd been looking for it too!

I come in here thinking we are talking about boobs and all anyone is actually talking about is exercise. Hmph. It is like TIP is collectively guilting me into being less lazy. I don't want to be less laaaazy!!!!

I bought two new bras last weekend and I only like one of them--even if it accentuates that one boob is bigger than the other. But they're back up where they belong, so I'm trying not to complain.

I think my left boob is slightly larger than my right.
I always thought it was fairly normal to have one that is larger than the other. Those Chantelle bitches had no idea what they were talking about, Motz.

It is fairly common to have one side slightly larger than the other. I didn't honestly notice it until a bf pointed it out years ago. But I wasn't really surprised. I have very mild scoliosis so I'm slightly lopsided in general.
captainmel, you could always ask your bf, but I'm dying at the mental image of using a kitchen scale!

Exactly. I think usually it is whatever handedness you are, that one is bigger because of the muscle use on that side.
My right one is ever so slightly larger than my right.
How do you tell?! I am not filled with self doubt. Could I use a kitchen scale?!
LOL. In general, both sides of your body aren't symmetrical.
Fingers on one hand may be a little longer than the other, one foot is probably a bit bigger, one ear is lower on your head than the other, one boob slightly bigger/smaller, etc.
You can't always see the difference. I don't see that my boobs are different, but I can tell that my feet are slightly different sizes. If I'm in a hurry and don't have time to try on both shoes, I at least try on the left one since that foot is slightly bigger.

I have two lazy nipples, thanks to my not wearing a training bra soon enough (I started wearing one but then got teased by a boy and freaked out so I stopped).
