I'm a 36DD, and an older, floppy one at that, and for exercise I love the Ta-Ta Tamer from Lululemon. It's $$$, but so worth it. I've done C25K and a couple of 5K mud-obstacle course runs in it, and it's still as good as new. I also have a New Balance one that had a front zipper and adjustable everything. It was like a straightjacket, but it held the ladies in place. I got it from Road Runner Sports, but I'm not seeing it on their website.
I use a Bendon, it's the only bra for large breasts that criss crosses in the back. I was sick of the regular two straps showing in the back. I'm not a runner but I do elliptical and weights, it has been my best find ever. Kinda pricey but worth it. I ended up getting one black and one white purchased from Amazon. I wash them with all of my regular clothes but air dry flat.
Thank you for this. I was looking at these online and almost bought one, but the Nordstrom website said they were "medium-impact only", so I wasn't sure. Maybe I'll give one a try.

I'm a 38G and it is definitely sturdiest bra I have ever worn. I have jogged in it though I usually do elliptical or dance classes. No rubbing or discomfort.
