So it's croup... again. It's one of those days.

So, K has croup.  Her pedi was very impressed with my impression of the sounds she was making while inhaling. lol

She has prednisolone to take. I can't remember what I did last time, but if you have had a kid on it, did you wait till bedtime to give it to them? it says it might cause dizziness.

Also, my mom left her keys in a cab yesterday (she is out of town) and the cab company is driving me bonkers. They were going to charge me for him to drive them to my house, I said no, I will just pick them up at the main office yesterday evening. I get there and they say, "Oh well you didn't call first. He went home." With the mother fucking keys. 1) i hate that this person has keys to my moms house when he knows she is out of town seeing as he dropped her off at the airport and 2) why the fuck would you not turn in lost items to the office.

Today I called because last night they told me he was told to drop them off there before noon today. So far, this has not happened. I cannot express to you how annoyed I am and my mom is anxious that her key are just floating out there.

I'd be wary of giving prednisone before bedtime. It makes my kid wired. Like bouncing off the walls wired. I hope she feels better soon!!

And thats really shady about the keys. Really shady.

What about after nap but with a snack? I want her to be able to nap today.

That would be perfect. Right after she sleeps with a snack. It can upset their stomach too, so I usually give the snack about 20 minutes before I give the prednisone.

I'm a little paranoid, and I would probably change the locks, its easy to make copies of keys, especially since he took them home! *shudder*

Call them back and tell them if the keys are not returned within X time you'll contact the police.

That's my next step seeing as he did not turn them in by noon today which, supposedly, they told him to do last night.

The keys are back at the office. I will go by my mom's house after I get them to see how the house looks. I feel like setting up a booby trap until we can get the locks changed.
