Can I put butternut squash in beef stew?

Yes. I made a great stew once that was beef, butternut squash, and sundries tomatoes. It was a Giada recipe I think.

I make chili with butternut squash, so I say yes! The savory with just the hint of sweet is my fave combo.

I used the other half of it in a chili with chorizo in it and it was sooo good.

I'm gonna chop it up and put it in.
