Ooh,pagas I just pinned your Cajun Chicken Pasta - it looks delicious, and not like anything in my usual easy meal rotation. I think we'll have that Friday. I have some shredded chicken breasts in the freezer, so I should be able to throw the recipe together quickly after work.

I made this last week and DH (who is a total foodie and a very good cook himself) said it was the best soup he's ever had. I happened to have a turkey in the freezer, but it would probably be delicious with chicken too. The root veggies are excellent in it.

Oh yay! We haven't made it before. I made the sauce earlier in the week so I would have one less step tonight. It's really good, so I already had high hopes for the rest of the dish. Yum!
Well Fed 2 looks awesome from what I've seen. Nom Nom's post about it was great. I'll probably ask for it as a Christmas gift.

My H realized he was mildly allergic to sunflower seeds and I had to eat the whole thing by myself. OH DARN!
I am also really looking forward to Nom Nom's book!

Ah, I used almond butter since that's what I had on hand. Maybe you should try it again so he can eat it... or not.
Nom Nom's book is also on my Christmas list. Her recipes have literally never let me down.
My best friend just got some book that is just paleo desserts and he's having us over for dinner in a couple weeks. I'm super excited to see what we end up having.

Other nights: - pork chops & asparagus - baked chicken, potatoes & peas - chicken fajitas - and one night when the girls are eating ravioli while DH and I eat leftover spicy pork tortillas from the freezer.
