Monday- vegetable crab soup, breaded pork chops, asparagus Tuesday- chicken/potato casserole thing I found on Pinterest, broccoli Wednesday- something else with chicken- maybe white chili?
M: scrambled eggs and baked beans, with bagels and fruits T: Mac and cheese (KD with peas) W: turkey pot pie (this I will actually make) T: spaghetti with Bolognese (I made a big batch and have lots in the freezer$
last night - chicken n pastry tonight - brats, grilling beans, and a salad Tues - chili Wed - plans out with friends Thurs - leftover chili/chicken n pastry Fri - homemade pizza (with leftover bits, looking like it'll be bacon, pepperoni, onion, green peppers)
next week - Meatball subs Loaded baked potatoes if it stays cool - I'll either do the broccoli, ham, cheese soup or the tomato basil parmesan soup

Tonight: Crockpot ravioli recipe I mentioned a few weeks ago. It's delish. Monday: Tortellini soup (I just get those Bertoli cheese tortellinis, cook them in some boiling chicken broth and top with grated Parmesan) Tuesday: Chili Wed: leftovers Thurs-Sat: Not sure yet. Thurs. I have P/T conferences, so I'll probably grab something quick after school. We usually eat out Fri/Sat.

Yes for real. I bring a pot of chicken broth to a boil, dump in the tortellinis (they come refrigerated and already cooked) for about 8 min, stirring, then dump, top with cheese and eat

So I didn't have frozen tortellini's but I did have small frozen raviolis, so in they went. Added white pepper, garlic salt, and dry mustard and some shredded chicken and it was great! T, who is a horribly picky eater, loved it and had two bowls and I have the leftovers for lunch. Success!!

Sunday - Primos for the Eagles game Monday - raviolli with vodka sauce Tuesday - chicken fajita enchiladas (just chicken enchiladas with beans, peppers and onions) Wednesday - frozen rigatoni meal, we will be getting home late so no cooking Thursday - crockpot potato soup Friday - Inlaws are watching little Olive so out to dinner somewhere Saturday - up in the air for now...

I love these posts. I am making the crock pot ravioli that was posted in this thread and the pork tenderloin with apples for tomorrow. I'm just going to continue to stalk this thread for further inspiration. Those stuffed shells look amazing, too.
