Cooks Illustrated/America's Test Kitchen. I don't think I've ever run across a bad recipe from them, and I have a ton of their magazines and cookbooks.
Online, I like Epicurious. It's a compilation of recipes from Bon Appetit and Gourmet, and I think maybe some other Conde Nast brands?
Sometimes I browse pinterest, but man, I can get so overwhelmed on there. I've gotten some good recipes, though.
I second the Cooks Illustrated/ATK. The recipes are on the extensive/lengthy side but totally worth it. For quick and easy, I like a lot of the Taste of Home recipes. For even easier (although not really healthy-healthy) I love to look at church cookbooks.
