I get Birchbox. I've gotten some really great ones and some just meh ones. Its only $10 a month and you rack up credits for discounts on their site. Plus they run a lot of sales. So if you find a new product that you really like you can usually get a good deal on the full priced item.
spunbutterfly I think Julep does a box if you're just looking for nail products.
They do. I did it for a little while. I don't like Julep's bottles (whose brilliant idea was it to make them long and skinny and knock overable?) and their polish goes on clumpy. :/ Plus, holy shit... 14 dollars a bottle with clumpy polish? If I won one of their 'win our whole collection!' for free, I'd totally get it, but... :/
You mean tall skinny knock over able bottles of a substance that stains everything it touches aren't awesome when you have a toddler in the house?
I know nothing about the nail polish boxes, I never use the nail polish that comes in my birchbox.
I really like the idea in theory, but personally I don't want to be struck with products and things that I'm meh about. And I would much rather research products that I'm in the market for.
Yeah I think the Christmas aspect is why I like it although I've discovered a couple products that sephora/the company Mr MK works for/Nordstrom don't sell that I LOVE. That alone was worth the $10/month.
