Sorry for the dumb error in the title---I can't fix it from the app, apparently.
I made so many typing errors after I had W. I would go back and read my posts and wonder if my fingers were even working at all. It's amazing how your brain function changes after having a kid.

I suppose you could... Personally when I'm trying to up my water intake, I only count water. But then, I also prefer drinking water to flavored drinks, etc.
I usually just carry around a 20-24oz cup/water bottle and keep track of how much I refill it - like, if my goal for the day is 60oz I just make sure I refill my cup three times. This has been the easiest way for me to make sure I'm getting enough.

For nursing the LC told me anything non-caffeinated and non-alcoholic counted. Obviously you don't want to overdo sugar and stuff but definitely count Gatorade, juice, etc.

Ok this is good to know. I don't drink the kind with sugar so that's good. Plain water gets old for me after about the 60th ounce, lol.

I only count water. I like to slice up fresh ginger and fresh lemons and steep in a pot of boiling water. Once it cools to room temp I chill it overnight in the fridge to drink cold the next day. Sometimes I add a bit of honey but it tastes just fine without it.

Yes, any non alcoholic non caffeinated beverage counts for me. But I mostly drink water tbh.
I normally do too but my mom bought this huge thing of vitamin water at Costco. I've been drinking it but I was also drinking at least a glass of water in between, because I wasn't sure if it counted.
