The picture with the dog butt is pretty funny. LOL
I also think the deck picture doesn't highlight anything except the BBQ and you should show the view instead.
Also the basement TV area seems crowded, can you take out some of the furniture (and that Jersey frame, maybe also)? It doesn't highlight the area.
Lastly, the final kid's bedroom that is up against the wall seems oddly placed. Can you move the bed and stage with pillows that seem like a headboard for the pictures? I would also maybe update the bedding to more adult style and if it doesn't cause a tantrum remove all but one or two of the stuffed animals.
Here's an idea for staging a bed with pillows as the headboard - or similar. I don't think you need the decals, just the bed only at the wall on one side and the pillows making the bed look like it has a headboard.
I would take the front pic from the left side of the house, not the right. Show off your curb appeal, not your garage.
Kitchen looks nice, although the photo doesn't really capture the entire size. Also the orange might turn off buyers, esp in a kitchen which is a pain to paint.
The deck photo is weird, what is the point of it from your realtor's POV?
The game room photos are nice, but two both from the same angle, behind the furniture. Also i would probably take down the wall decal of the player.
Take the master bedroom photo from the end of the bed, it's just all comforter in the photo. Also the awkward bench by the doorway should probably go.
The room with the blue comforter I would either leave the pic out, or stage and re-take. PP had a good suggestion of how to place the pillows. Also you may want to completely clear out that room and readjust where the bed.
The final exterior photo is again, sort of awkward. I think the realtor wants to show a backyard, but it's sort of angled weird.
The pictures aren't high res enough for the full screen view. I would mention that to your realtor.
I'm always puzzled by multiple pics of pool tables. I know you don't have a limited number of pics but you want your house's best features to be shown in the first few. That's not your pool table.
I agree with sbp about the master bedroom pic. If your realtor can get a camera with a wide angle lens (a lot of realtor's offices have these) that would help a lot.
I think you should neutralize and declutter the kid's room if you can, both for showings and pictures. Even if you kept a plain comforter in the closet and a big basket to throw the stuffed animals in whenever you leave before a showing.
I agree that the deck photo doesn't highlight anything other than your grill. What is your view like? From what I can see in the photos, it looks like you might have a nice view, which is better to highlight than your grill.
This isn't a big deal and is probably not going to turn off buyers, but the placement of your living room rug bugs me. Why is it at that angle? It's not lined up with anything - not even the TV in the corner. I know, I'm OCD about these things.
I agree that the lower level family/game room looks crowded. Can some of the furniture be moved elsewhere in the house or put in storage? At least the chair could be moved out and it would open up the space a lot.
The second photo of the pool table could be removed, it's so similar to the photo right before it, but the lighting in the first photo is better.
I wouldn't move any of the sports art off the walls, lots of guys looking at the house will get hooked on the cool man cave :-)
I love the color of your master bedroom walls. Do you remember the name of the color? I might have to copy it!

I don't think your kitchen color does much for your cabinets if you toned down the color there I think you cabinets would look nicer. I agree the deck picture isn't showing much but the BBQ and your one area in our basement has too much furniture I think I doesn't show the space.
