For those of you that work out bf work, what do you do for breakfast? I hate the feeling of working out right after eating. If you wait to eat until afterwards, are you famished after working out?

I always have a protein shake for breakfast while I'm driving DD to daycare. If I have a really tough workout (Insanity or something), I might also get a egg sandwich at DD.
I don't eat that early in the morning. I'll eat after I'm done. Some days it's a half a bagel and a hard boiled egg and some days I'll eat a rice bowl with beans and veggies. Sometimes I'm not that hungry and some days I could eat the contents of my refrigerator.
Waffle with peanut butter and a banana. If I don't eat before I work out, I faint. My trainer is pretty hardcore about making sure we (those of us who train with him) eat before workouts.
