The last 2 nights our 15 month old has woken in the night fussing, but not screaming.
Last night it was at 3am, tonight she was up at 8.30pm and is now asleep again.
When I went to see what was happening with her last night there were 2 wet patches in her crib and her outer sleep sack had a wet patch, but the inner pjs and sack were dry. I figured maybe she threw up, but it didn't smell like throw up at all.
Tonight there was another wet patch in the crib. Everything else dry so far. Again no smell.
It's super unusual for her to wake in the night. She is getting 3 molars, but isn't drooling a lot during the day.

I would say drooling from the 3 molars and the waking/fussing is from the molars too. Teething seems to hurt my kids more at night than during the day.
I would give her some ibuprofen right before bedtime.

My 15 month year old is doing the same exact thing. I took him to the pedi to rule out an ear infection. She said that kids this age don't self soothe the same way that they did when they were littler, but they learn how to do it again.

I guess it could be - she's been cutting these teeth for a while and this is the first time wet patches have appeared. Initially I thought she had peed through her diaper, but it wasn't that. Honestly the patch on her sleep sack last night doesn't seem like an obvious place for drool to accumulate.
I'm having all sorts of weird ideas involving water in her ears or something. Anyway she's sleeping peacefully for now so we'll see what tonight brings!
