DD is getting a doll house from the new baby (She can act out her "let's just stick the baby in the closet" fantasies there). I love this Hape one. (I love the house and the furnishings. The bath has a little duck. The pets have houses, bowls and food. The drawers and cabinets all open.)

1. I doubt she will open it on Christmas and even know you/Santa were ever considering others colours. I saw the Hape one in store the other day. I really like their products.

I love that first one, too. I'm kind of struggling with the same thing as far as play kitchens go. I like a really pretty one but I think he'd like a different one better if he had the chance to compare. One bonus about the second one is that it looks big enough to fit a Barbie into.

I really love the first one too. If you really wanted pink and purple instead, I would go with the last one, but I think any little girl would love being able to play with the first one.
We have #4, the Melissa and Doug one. It's huge, and super cute. Both of my kids love playing with it. Of your other choices I love the rose cottage design. It is exactly what a little girl dreams of in a doll house. The Hape one is cool and modern and different, but little girls like traditional doll house styles.
I like #1 best, but my dd has one similar to #4 and she has been playing with it for years. I love that there are actual rooms with walls and not wide open.
