App users:
I get really amped up, sometimes shaky and/or anxious I feel more outgoing and confident, and friendlier I feel calm, normal I get tired and lethargic No effect at all SS
For purposes of the poll, we're talking about the amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee, or several caffeinated sodas.
I don't drink sodas and rarely have coffee so when I do actually have coffee or drink an energy drink I get WIRED. I feel like I can do any and all things.
Coffee in the morning makes me not fall asleep before lunch. Coffee in the afternoon or later makes me not sleep - but this is a pretty new development, tied to getting old, I think.

I figure it's like crack, but I've never taken crack.
I've been caffeine and ephedrine sensitive my entire life. 1/2 a cup of coffee will cause me to become crazy hyper and pretty much unintelligible, followed by a couple of hours of heart palpitations, followed by a 24 hour migraine.
And I really like the taste of coffee. Fate is cruel.
DH says he wants to see me "on" Dayquil sometime. It's been a decade, but my Dad still talks about the day he gave me one in high school and then promptly determined that he could not leave me alone to go to work as I was literally bouncing off the walls and singing to myself.
Most of the time, I notice no effects. However, I can tell when I'm starting to drink too much, because I'll get withdrawal headaches if I don't have it until later in the day and my eye starts to twitch. I should probably give it up but I adore diet soda so.

I'm super affected by caffeine - I can't have any past 12 pm if I want to get to bed at a reasonable hour. I also only drink tea, because me on coffee would be dangerous for others.
Also: The first (and only) time I had a Red Bull, I involuntarily stayed up for 48 hours straight.

I've been trying to avoid it since I'm pregnant, but every once in a while I get these raging, all day and all night migraines, and as soon as I have some coffee it goes away. I don't think they're withdrawal headaches because I only have caffeine when I have the headache, which is a few times a month.

The first two. The main reason I drink it is so I can face social situations in which I'm not usually comfortable. It really helps me come out of my shell and talk a lot. But it does make me jittery.
A cup of tea makes me jittery and anxious. A cup of coffee makes me crazy. I can't sit still, can't focus at all, and then I feel like I am having a panic attack. Weirdly, it also makes me want more coffee, similar to how having a drink makes me crave alcohol. I have only had coffee 3 times ever and I try avoid caffeine as much as possible.
EDIT: The last time I tried coffee I was at work, and I have now pretty much been banned from having coffee at work ever again by my coworkers.
