Is it weird that I can't even answer this because I have no idea how caffeine effects me? I never drink any.
I've never had an energy drink or coffee (I've had sips of both) and I don't drink soda much. The only soda I like is rootbeer. Even mixing with alcohol I do cranberry, lemonade or sprite. I do love chocolate, does that count?
Depends on the time of day. First cup of the day with breakfast, I'm calm and relaxed (as opposed to sleepy and not entirely awake yet. Nurses have to be "on" at 7 am). But if I didn't have coffee in the morning, and waited until afternoon, I am jittery, active, sometimes anxious. So I typically drink decaf in the afternoons.

I usually drink one cup of coffee in the morning. It helps me feel more awake and alert. Not wired or anything close to it. I am not a morning person at all and w/out caffeine I have trouble shaking that groggy feeling even after I'm awake for awhile.
If I drink too much it makes me anxious. And if I don't drink any I get a horrible headache.
I notice nothing at all. I can easily drink a cup of coffee and then go to sleep.
This.
My bones are screwed.
Yes. I have my first cup on the way to work at 6:15 and don't stop drinking it until around 4:30 in the afternoon. I am currently on the couch about to fall asleep. I'm fucked if caffeine ever catches up with me.
It has more of an affect on those around me. As in, They avoid caffeine-deprived rage when I've had my coffee. Fortunately, I drink my first two cups at home before going to work.
