Ok, mine (since you asked for shares): As I was sewing E's halloween costume, she's sitting next to me and starts singing the song from Daniel Tiger that goes "making something, is one way to say, I love you." Then says "mommy, I love you too."
Can someone make her stay this age forever please (minus the tantrums)?
I was just thinking last night how great my parents are as grandparents. I mean, I can sure find nitpicky stuff if I wanted to complain, but they are so involved with my sons. We carved pumpkins, and my folks and sister came over to ooh and aah at them. Thursday, my parents are coming over to pass out candy so we can take the boys out for ToT. And Saturday, while we were getting the house ready for our pumpkin carving party, my dad took DS1 for a backhoe ride and just dug a giant hole with him to entertain him- for two hours! I might go insane without their help.
