I never had this problem with the other two. This time, I am losing hair at an alarming rate. I use Pureology shampoo and conditioner, and don't heat style too often.
Supplements? Coconut oil? Razor and start from scratch?

I find it was like clockwork for me - started at 3 months and ended exactly at 6, like my hair dresser said it would. I also lose a lot more every fall, and the timing lined up "perfectly."
No tips, but it did pass. I didn't chop a ton, but a good couple of inches, and it seemed to be less knotted when brushing at least. Plus shorter hair on every surface seemed slightly less annoying. Slightly. (I remember having to cut hair out of the vacuum bristles when it was too tangled to even spin, ugh).
Even worse than the hair loss is the hair regrowth. My kid was a year and I still had ugly new hair sticking straight out of my head. So I hope this doesn't happen for you!

Castor oil mixed 50/50 with a carrier oil. I like olive oil for the carrier oil. Massage on to scalp (dry hair, not wet) and wrap your head in an old t-shirt or pillow case. Do this a few times a week or nightly if you can and sleep on it. This also works on eyelashes. You can see results from eyelashes much quicker. If you Google "castor oil hair growth" you will find a ton of information and oil combos. I think rosemary oil is also a popular carrier for this method.
Safety side note: if there is even a hint of a chance you might be pregnant do not use castor oil. Even if you are not pregnant do not ingest the castor oil.

I have wings.
It's already hAppening... The little baby hairs tickle my face and it drives me batshit. I may try the castor oil thing!

I'm dealing with this too and my hairline is receding big time. I'm so self conscious about it, it looks like I'm going bald. I'm getting it cut next week to lighten it up a bit because it's so long and heavy and flat. I basically hate everything about it right now. Ugh!
I might try the castor oil though, thanks for the tip!
