because i can.
E -
he was so excited about his costume and had the best time going to the houses. his favorite was this house down the street that looks like a castle. the guy that lives there is a single late 20s guy that owns some company that makes computer games. he told e that he was his first tot'er and said he could either take five pieces of candy or give him five pieces of his candy and get something special. so e gave him the candy and this guy gave him a figurine from the online game he makes. evan thought it was the second coolest thing ever (first being finally getting to meet the bucs player that lives down the street) and even got two handfuls of candy after.
and here is noah. he spent the evening with friends in a different neighborhood and had a great time. when i picked him up he made sure to tell me how proud i should be because he was offered alcohol and pot and he turned everything down. and while i was for sure proud of him, it was a nice reminder of how effing scary it is to have teenagers. eek!
Cute sara! How scary that he is being offered that, but major props for him turning it down AND telling you. It speaks volumes about how awesome you and your kids are. Clearly he feels comfortable telling you.

First, love the lego costume and I always die at seeing how big Noah is. Pot and alcohol? I'm glad the teenage years are far away, I need time to prepare myself!
