So... every morning this week, I have woken up with what feels like a hangover. I am dizzy and weak and I have a headache. I haven't been drinking and I'm not sick otherwise. This really sucks. I don't know what to do about it. Oh, and before you say it, I am not pregnant, so don't even go there.
It is raining so hard right now. OMG. I am going with a friend to her radiation appt and I really don't want to leave the house. The rain has an hour to calm down.
Are you drinking enough water? Any lurking sinus congestion? Sometimes I don't even realize I'm congested until I press on my sinuses and feel the tenderness.
I'm fine on protein. Not great on water. I've been working on that. I actually drink the most water at night, so I have a hard time understanding why it hits me so hard in the morning.
It sounded like the voice of one of my cats changed this morning. She normally has a high-pitched squeak and today it suddenly sounded a little deeper. So weird. My other cat has learned to get on top of the fridge.
It's Movember, so I get to enjoy all of our guys with various stages of mustaches. Some are funny looking and others become far more attractive with facial hair.

H is doing Movember this year. It's the first time he's been clean shaven since our wedding day. It's weird. And kinda awesome. But totally weird. I told him no porn 'stache and no Hitler 'stache.
That's right. Ours was in October. I kind of think you guys have the better deal, because you get the hecticness of both Christmas and Thanksgiving over with at once.

Bah-Humbug.
I think it makes the end if the year festive. You've got Halloween, then Thanksgiving, then Christmas. October November, December. The last three months of the year is a party!

I am NOT a fan of mustaches either. I've seen pictures of H with one in college and it wasn't good. BUT this is for a good cause and I'm willing to suck it up for a month.
I am choosing to only pay attention to the guys here who look good with facial hair. I may giggle to myself when I see the ones who can only muster a fuzzy catepillar mustache.

Participants set up a webpage and solicit donations from friends and family. Much like any other walk fundraiser. Only this isn't a walk. It's "changing the face of men's health" hence the change in facial hair.
