What didja do last night, or plan to do tonight? Anything good to look forward to as the week tails off?
I did a good deed today and saw someone on the work BB needed a ride to and from work and lived not too far from me. Luckily he and his wife met up along my commute path and I picked him up so it wasn't out of my way, and his wife said she would meet me after work at the grocery store right by my house, so that makes it really easy on me!
Today the H has some friends coming over to watch more of the Euro-Cup games and said they would be grilling some food, so I don't have to do dinner tonight, which is great for me! :Y:
Here's a new venn diagram for your Hump Day funny:

Morning!
I had a great night last night! I stopped by my mom's to pick up the paint I had stored in her basement. Then I went home and SCRUBBED the bathroom. After that I started my rice-cooker and went for a 30 minute run with hubby. Came home to freshly steamed rice! Yay!
Tonight I am going to do some laundry and clean out my dresser. It is much needed. Oh and tape off the door frame and do some caulking so I can start painting!
Yay for your good deed, OPS! Doesn't it make you feel all fluffy inside?!
Greg and I went to dinner at his coworker's house last night and had a great time. The coworker's wife is a teacher, so when she and their kids are off for the summer, they go to the beach. For the whole summer. Poor coworker is at home all alone working regular hours; they even took his dog! I felt bad for the guy, he seemed lonely. He made us a nice dinner and we chatted out on the porch with wine for a long time.

Letting a stranger sit in my car for a work commute is a better feeling than I would have thought, but I also did it since it's never a bad idea to get on someone's good graces with a car-favor. There might be a day when I need a ride and he'll be able to do it. Plus he did say he would give me gas money (though I think I'll decline since it's not really out of my way anyway).
I like the word caulk. It's fun to say, have fun with that caulking!

My love is coming home today! And, I have training closer to home this afternoon and Thursday, so I will get home a bit earlier and get to leave a bit later in the morning.
I have been going to the farmers market on Weds. before my spin class and I have been loving it! It is too crowded on Saturday's, so today is the best time to go!
After work last night I went home and read for a bit out on the deck. Just working today, then I have a softball game tonight. Probably go for beers afterwards.

I'm looking forward for this week to be over...
Last night I cleaned the dust from my dashboard and other hard surfaces in my car and washed the floor mats. I was going to wash my car, but H said he'd do it today...we'll see if that happens.
No plans for tonight. Hopefully H will cook.
OH, and a girl I went to high school with will be on Property Brothers tonight. (They're in Austin, TX!) So I'll be watching that.

Last night we met a contractor out at the house and then went to a breastfeeding class taught by a 70 yr old lady. She kept squeezing her boobs to show us how hand expression works and brought out the boob model she crocheted herself... I should have taken a picture because it was pretty hilarious.

I don't know what we're doing tonight.

I am not sure if I would be more fascinated about the crocheted boob model or the self-squeezed-70-year-old-teet.
