Can you ask your vet if they can draw the urine from the bladder? This is what we have done with my cat when we have been fighting peeing issues. It's not as cheap as having you collect the urine yourself, but going 48 hours without peeing CAN'T be good for your cat.
(((HUGS))) Cats and peeing issues are infuriating.
I'm sorry this is happening Cats are so stubborn!!
You've probably heard all the litter tips possible so I'll refrain, but if you think it is a problem with that let me know and I can try to help! My cat used to have issues with this but she is good to go now.
Not to hijack, but can I get your litter tips? I probably know most, if not all, of them, but my stubborn pee'er is STILL peeing outside the box. We buy puppy pee pads by the case these days... it's gross.

Hell, I'll take them. We're 99.99999% sure that it's not at all health related, just asshole related. We currently have three litter boxes in a 2 floor house for 2 cats, and we're getting ready to add a fourth.
I feel your pain. Our cat is just determined to pee outside of the box. We have tried every variety of litter, box types, box locations, etc. etc. ad nauseum. It isn't a medical issue. He's just a little shit. (at least he doesn't shit outside of the box... yet).
For one cat we put waxed paper or maybe saran wrap over her regular litter then put the pellets over that. She could still smell her litter and went on that.
My other cat likes to pee in the litter liner before you pour the litter, so I would just leave it empty for her.

We tried EVERYTHING to stop my problem cat from peeing outside the box. We finally put him on anti-anxiety meds (amitriptyline) and it's worked wonders. Ask your vet about it.

Have you tried Cat Attract cat litter? Assuming she doesn't have a medical issue, this can help (in addition to following the rules posted above).
We had a problem with out boy cat getting overly anxious and peeing inappropriately. Our vet gave us kitty prozac, but we never got around to using it. Just so you know there are options.
We got the results last night, and I feel like a terrible catmom. Holdout asshole cat (not the one who peed outside of the litter box during the collection, who we assumed was the problem cat), has blood and crystals in her urine. They're suspecting a bladder stone. She goes to the vet Monday first thing.
Ugh. Poor baby. I hope this is an easy fix. Anyone have experience with special food for this scenario? The vet said we'd discuss it Monday (they currently get Wellness wet and Blue Buffalo dry).
My cat had the same thing. he never went outside the box, but I noticed blood in his urine. We switched him to an all canned food diet. He went in to have surgery to have the stone removed and right before, they found that it had dissolved. the vet told us initially that it was the kind that wouldn't dissolve, so we were really relieved that he didn't end up needing the surgery. we now give him blue buffalo and wellness canned.

We have a cat that had crystals. We got some pain meds for her (the transdermal kind you put on the ear) some meds and changed her food to the prescription CD kind. Never had issues w the litter again, her pain subsided, and no more blood. This is very manageable! Hang in there!
