Anyone tried this Noni Juice stuff?

The mother of a friend of mine is trying to get me to buy it. It's "changed her lyfe." More energy, sleeps better, less sweets cravings. You know the drill.

Anyone heard of it or tried it?

I pretty much think anything beyond water is a load of crap. Water can do amazing things. I don't need magical over priced drinks.

I just did the math, and it would be $2.20 an ounce. The recommended dosage is 2 ounces a day. So $4.40 a day, $132.00 a month, $1,606.00 a year.

For fruit juice that looks like fancy shampoo? Nope.

ETA: Just eat some blueberries.  For real - they're the most phytonutrients for your buck.

My coworker swears by it. She brings it in every day & always gives me some. I honestly can't say that I notice a significant difference. Another coworker has started it though, & says he is feeling great. I would say maybe try it for a month & see how you feel & if it's worth it. Good luck. =)

Do these people bother to drink water? 

I feel like anyone who actually drinks water would get the same results. I notice that the people who jump all over these kinds of things are self proclaimed water haters and don't actually understand that they can get the same benefits for free.
