DH made dinner for me tonight (surprise!) and he made a stuffing for chicken breast that has ricotta, mozza and raw egg in it (until cooked obviously). There was a bunch left over. Can I just put it in the fridge and use it to stuff some shells tomorrow? I don't have any shells on hand so I can't stuff anything right now (other than the chicken breasts that are already stuffed and baking). I just don't want to waste it.
