My H suggested I say that I have no experience working in the legal industry. But the fact that I've changed industries once before, I feel confident that I can overcome it.
I don't think it's a good idea to point out you have no experience in the field.
My greatest weakness is that I am stubborn.
I have then gone on to tell the interviewer that my greatest strength is that I'm stubborn. It is a double edged sword and the maturity and experience that has brought me to this level allows me to better determine when I'm using my stubbornness as a strength or a weakness.
I've always been told to answer that question with a brag-plaint, like "Sometimes I'm so quick to take charge of a project that other people see it as me just being bossy." or something similar that can be viewed as both negative or positive traits.

When I was interviewing job candidates, I thought that made people sound like assholes.
Like you would have a pretty big hole to dig yourself out of if you said your greatest weakness is that you just work too hard.
I kind of answered that way for my current position. I said something like "I've realized that much of my success as a magazine editor in (past industry) is that I am extremely familiar with the industry and its kepy players - I can tell quickly when something is newsworthy or is trending, and I know exactly who to go to if I have a question or need an expert opinion in a certain area. Because I'll be starting from scratch in (new industry), I expect it will be a challenge to get my bearings and feel as comfortable as I grew to feel at old company. However, I am excellent at building relationships and am extremely motivated to learn the ropes of new industry, so it's a challenge I'm looking forward to."
I like this too because it fits perfectly (position).
