I'm staying in fairly safe territory. I think the Rockabye rockers are ugly. (Brought to you by a friend gushing about them because they're on Zulily today.)
I also think Anywhere Chairs are ridiculously overpriced and not that cute.

I think a large part of why I have trouble coming up with unpopular opinions is that I am so sure that my opinions must be correct because they are mine
I don't "get" Starbucks. It took me almost a year to use up a $25 SB GC that a CW gave to me for Christmas.
I don't understand the point of mascara if you already have dark lashes.
I'll be happy to take your starbucks gift card next time. I got daily and I "get" starbucks.
And well, black mascara makes it look like you have more and longer lashes. It doesn't matter that they are already dark.
I have long, dark lashes but they look better curled. Mascara holds that curl and fills them out. That said, I do have to be picky about my mascara because anything lengthening tends to result in lash tracks under my eyes.

I'm just bitter because I have the worst luck with mascara. Honestly, the worst. I've just convinced myself that I don't need it.
I have dark lashes that don't need lengthening. I use mascara mostly because having a little bit of extra black at the base of my lashes helps my eyeliner blend in. I'm bad at drawing lines.
I don't understand why parents take their kids to the emergency room for a high fever. Fevers are normal. Unless there is some secondary condition, trouble breathing, severe headache, etc., it's not an emergency.

its suitable for both MM and MMM
not every childhood medical ailment requires a visit to the pedi. when i had dd, i joked that i had 25 years of experience watching other peoples' kids when she was born. i had picked up a TON of advice and learned a TON from other peoples' experiences that i used w/ her that kept us OUT of the pedi's office.

You know, I used to like you.
I think it's complete BS that women need a book to tell them how to take initiative. I'm really over the phrase "lean in." If you want something, go after it. Do you really need a book to tell you it's ok to do that?

A very high fever (104+) can indeed cause seizures and brain damage. A fever of 102? No.

Yep. That goes along with mine above. 99% of the time my kid has a virus and there is nothing the pedi can do for it.
