I ordered a custom knit hat for Freddie's Christmas pictures. I paid October 17th, and she said it would be no later than a week before it was sent, and that her orders usually take 3/4 days. I was clear in saying I needed it for early November, and would that be enough time to get to Canada, she was confident it was no problem. She shipped it last weekend and it hasn't arrived. I didn't say anything about the shipping with hopes that it really would only take a couple days (perhaps she would expedite it based on her tardiness?)
I'm really disappointed. I sent the seller a message to that effect, but what should I do from here? Advice?

I've ordered a few things from etsy. So far, so good.
Though I will admit, I was talking with one vendor who stopped responding to my messages on Oct 22nd. And now I think it's going to be too late to order the item (it's a Birthday shirt for my son, and I doubt it would show up on time.) Boo.
