I know, I know. But I just counted, because we were trying to sort throu toys and books to donate some. We have over 200 books for the kids!
You know how people have half-full cups of water all over the house, in case they get thirsty? We have books. Everywhere.
Haha, that's what its like at our house too. Books. Everywhere. My sisters have 7 kids between them and we got all their old books, plus a million new ones. Add a weekly trip to the library... I think we're all set for the next 10-15 years. Another thought is Bruder trucks. They're pricey but awesome and indestructible. DS has a couple and plays with them in a shallow large Tupperware storage bin that I filled with dried beans and pasta.
Argh! Why is this so hard? We have a stride bike and a pedal bike. Scooter, as a hand-me-down. A train table that slides under the bed, and a Leap Pad. Zoo memberships, Science Center, already done.
I'm looking up plasma cars... Eta: those look so cool, but we don't have room the house is tiny and has a weird layout, and I suspect our sidewalks are too bumpy.
