I meal planned for the week yesterday and did groceries. I made a big batch of Bolognese sauce today. I used some of it to make two lasagnas, one for tonight and one for the freezer. So I have a lasagna and four spaghetti meals worth is sauce in the freezer none if which I need to use this week. I have food for my family guys. Lots of food. All is good in the world. Lol, I know.

YES. The majority of our meals this week are from our freezer stash: DH's posole and oxtail ravioli, my chili and veggie burgers. I did a big batch of spaghetti sauce last week, too.
Yes, I love having a full pantry! It also came in handy one year when we got snowed in for 2 weeks. I was able to pull together all kinds of meals despite not being able to get out. (Of course we also hit the grocery store the night the snow hit, so that definitely helped.)
I love it! I always feel great having a well stocked freezer, especially when I have individual servings of tomato sauce or bolognese, or marinated cicken breasts, so that weeknight dinners are easier.

I just bought groceries for the week and stocked up on a few other things. I love the feeling of a full fridge. Our freezer is full most of the time. We stock u on things when they are on Sale and buy a half beef every year and a half.
Yes, especially when I have coordinating items (like, there are various meals that I can make out of all of my ingredients instead of just 18 cans of tomatoes and ten boxes of pasta) and at the beginning of the season when I have all news seasonal items. I come from a long line of non-cooks, so seeing a pantry and refrigerator full of things waiting to be made into a meal makes me feel so accomplished.
