I maintained, which is pretty magical considering I fell down a milk duds rabbit hole sometime on Tuesday and didn't emerge until Friday where I promptly ate an entire bag of zesty cheese Doritos.
Anyway. I was able to get three runs in this week which was great. My H will be working from home soon until about march, so I will be able to run much more frequently.
I weighed in on Sunday. I'm down 7 lbs total since Oct. 7 and lost 1 lb last week. Hoping for more this week, and hopefully about 10 total this month. I spent over 3 hours in the gym today, but I ate too many snacks.
