I've been leading this project since May after my previous boss left. My taking charge of the chaos played a major factor in my promotion over the summer. There's a project manager who oversees all the resources -mainly the internal and offshore tech team - but I'm driving everything from a content standpoint.
I had no idea it'd be this nuts. I knew it wouldn't be easy but holy crap. I wish I was one of those people who didn't eat when they were stressed because it could have been the best diet ever.
We are about four and a half weeks from launch and just got access to the content management site yesterday.
I guess there's no point to this post other than to say if I get this thing launched on time it's going to be a Christmas miracle. And it has to launch this year because the money for the project runs out at the end of the year.
