In my post last night I mentioned that my boss took away the raise that she gave me a few months ago because lately I seemed distracted and I was showing as much production. I've also mentioned that I never get a copy of my pay stub with my direct deposit. When I asked about how I could access that info she said that she would have to print them.
Well, she finally gave it to me today, but a lot of the days are missing. I also noticed that my hourly wage was never actually raised when it was supposed to be. We both signed an agreement and now I am finding out that she was never actually paying me more.
When I wasn't relying on one income I didn't pay too much attention to it, and my hours can fluctuate quite a bit week to week so I didn't give it a second thought when it seemed like it was less than I expected.
Can I do anything to get that money or am I just screwed?
All of my hours are tracked online, and I can access that at anytime. When I say that days are missing I meant pay stubs. I can't match a pay stub with at least half of the dates of my direct deposit.
