Half of mine is a Hanukkah list, so we've started shopping already!
FFIL and FMIL went to London this summer and loved it. We had one of their best pictures printed on canvas (they had never seen this done and were totally amazed); we gave it to them early because they're hosting Thanksgiving/Hanukkah and we knew they'd want to have it hanging up then.
We don't exchange gifts with FBIL and FSIL, thank goodness. No idea what we'd get them.
Niece (10) is getting a new robe, monogrammed
Nephew (8) is getting lights for the new bike his parents are getting him, and some other small thing TBD
For niece (2.5) and my nephew (2), we ordered books and some Melissa & Doug toys (on zulily today!)
My parents, sister, and BIL have said that they mean it this year, they're really cutting back! So, as they requested, I'm sending a big box of homemade jams and sauces and stuff----I canned some thing summer and will be doing more between now and Xmas.
No idea what I'm getting FI. We did gifts all eight nights last year, but I don't think either of us or our budget is up for that this year!

Nephews: - 1) Despicable me 2 dvd and soft toy (age 4) 2) Snowman making kit (props and paint) (age 7) 3 and 4 (babies) - hooded towels and monogrammed cup and plate
MIL - scrabble calendar, scentsy thing FIL - Golf day with DH SIL1 - ipad case from Disney SIL2 - necklace from Etsy BIL1 - Christmas beer and glasses BIL2 - movie collection dvd
grandma - plaque (picture) with family name coat of arms/meaning etc
Other random gifts for aunts/cousins:
tea set, wallet, friendship cookie plate, cookbook and cookie cutters
DH - I made him a t-shirt quilt out of all his old college/sports t shirts plus clothes from Banana Republic and Old Navy.
Bro - He just bought a house. My hope is to find him a KA mixer preferably in red but if not I am thinking a $100 gift card this year. BIL - Have no idea... BIL girlfriend - Ditto...I am thinking something for their new apartment. They are hard to buy for. Dad - something off his wishlist
Coworkers and some friends - something small and Christmas cards. Maybe some baked goods.
DD - Nothing huge since we will be on vacation but Santa will get her some dolls or whatever. We likely buy when we get to the island. She loves just about everything.
Everyone else...nothing...my inlaws and mom will be with on vacation. So we swore to each other no gifts this year.
I'm stuck on my mom (she never wants anything, and "experience" gifts are pretty much out now that my dad's gone), my brother (he's 24 and lives at home so he has disposable income and buys what he wants), and FIL (he never ever uses anything we get for him). If we see my brother's GF on Christmas then I'll get her a bottle of wine or a small gift card.
My sister (26) is a hairdresser so I was thinking of a necklace with a shears pendant, but I don't know if she'd wear it. Maybe moreso if I can get a brand-name piece of jewelry rather than something from Etsy. She also knits, so maybe some yarn?
BFF (30) is a librarian. I found an Alice in Wonderland tote that she would like, and a book gets donated with the purchase. I might also buy her these photo frames, or something else related to her first trip abroad to London. I usually toss in a gift card to Amazon or Target, too.
We buy for MH's young cousins. We found a recycled dump truck for a little boy (half-price at Marshall's), an outfit for the new baby, and recycled Lilly Bloom handbags ($15 each at Marshall's) for two of the little girls. Still need to shop for five boys. And we're doing a Secret Santa with the adults, but nobody's submitted their wish lists yet.
We might do a Secret Santa with two other couples. We already bought an outfit for the one kid (age 1.5) in the group, and I want to get him some books as well.
Ideas for MH: random orbit sander, throw blanket, a new battery in his wristwatch, an apple or lemon tree for the yard, rare beer bottles and glassware, one of those chalkboard beer signs they put on the sidewalks outside of bars, Under Armour undershirts. Stocking stuff: recycled pencils, socks, candy/gum, and I get him a Christmas ornament every year (this year it might be a chipmunk since we had one living under our porch all summer).
I really don't want to put this list down on paper...errr, computer screen.
DH--IDK yet. We usually spend about $150 apiece on each other but this year we are cutting back b/c we are going to Disney on Jan. 4. I will probably just fill his stocking with small things, and maybe a new leather wallet.
DSS--he wants an Iphone 5 as a joint birthday/christmas gift. His mom says no. So now I'm back at square one with him. What to get a 16-year-old boy?
DD1--rollerblades and a pogo stick. Candy, fuzzy socks, and an iTunes card in her stocking.
DD2--probably an iPod and a few pieces of new clothing (b/c 95% of her clothes are hand-me-downs from her sister). Candy, earmuffs, and an iTunes card in her stocking.
My mom and sisters, H's dad and stepmom and brother--gift cards. I know it's a cop-out, but they love them.
H's mom--family photo book from Snapfish.
Nieces (5 and 11) and nephews (11, 10, 8)--books. One fiction and one non-fiction each.
My daycare kiddos--pillowcases w/their names embroidered for the older kids. Probably some type of "My First Crayola" sets for the littlest ones.
H's employees--probably mugs filled with nice candy/chocolates.

No literally, I made it. I am a crap sewer but I found it pretty easy to do. I think it took about 2 weeks and obviously was super MM.
Shit, don't. I'm still a bit nervous about how he will react that I cut up his Bouncing Souls T shirt! lol. He has like 100 of them though.
I'm sure he'll love it!
I'm actually glad you mentioned that, because it reminded me that MH's favorite Mighty Mighty Bosstones shirt recently got a bleach stain. I'll see if I can track it down on eBay.
I usually get something fun and give it to everyone. Last year I gave salt pigs with salt. I have not found my it thing yet. Going to read these posts!
Nieces -- Duplo cupcake set Nephew -- Playmobil advent calendar SIL -- Kate Spade iPad case SIL -- Too Faced makeup set MIL -- Martha Stewart cookbook, monogrammed dish towels Mom -- vintage typewriter (odd I know--she really wants one because she wants to "type little retro-looking gift tags and notes for people")
A few random stocking stuffers for my kids.
Pottery barn silver picture framd ornaments for all the grandparents from the kids (we'll put a picture of then in it).
