We love our pedi and all the staff there except for the office manager, who is the biggest twatwaffle to walk the face of the earth. I called today to get DD in for her eczema and a rather nasty cough.
"Hi, Office Manager, my name is Mrs. J and I would like to bring in O for her eczema."
"Oh, ok didn't we see her for that and you got something like a cream? Why can't you just do apply that?"
"Yes, but we have been applying it and it's flaring something fierce, she needs to be seen."
"Well, I suppose I can get you in, but not today. How about tomorrow?" *We book the appointment*
"I'll run it by her, but I'm sure she won't give you anything different."
NEWSFLASH, YOU ARE NOT THE FUCKING PEDI, LADY.
When I tell you something is wrong, don't suggest shit, book me the appointment. Annoying.
Tell your pedi. Office manager should not be suggesting how you medicate or treat your child. She is not a medical professional - or ask the office manager to see her medical degree.

This pisses me off on your behalf. Definitely talk to your pedi - he or she needs to know that the office manager is attempting to cut down on office visits.
