I have still not seen anyone running with a stroller here. Tons of people have them, weird European ones, but not a single person running with one. I commented on the to H and he asked if I had seen anyone running with one in our old town in Indiana - I realized that I may have never seen someone running with a stroller there either.
Brought to you courtesy of the dude who said "So strange. A stroller you run with." as I blew past him jogging earlier. (Yay for chicking guys, especially with the stroller.)

I see them a lot here, but mostly the big off-road ones on our local trail system and at races. I don't recall seeing a jogging stroller EVER on the sidewalks (attached to a runner).
I saw them a lot this summer when we were in Denver. I also see them fairly often at races in the metro New Orleans/Baton Rouge area. Even in our local races, there are at least 2-3 other stroller runners. In my little neighborhood, there is one other guy that I see run fairly often with the BOB (he's an awesome triathlete, so he always breezes past my huffing, puffing ass in the AM on the weekends - ha).
Tonight I was on a wide path commonly used by runners. In Indiana I used my stroller on a huge system of multi-use paths. They were not used all that much, I could often run for an hour without seeing anyone. I think the lack of runners in general in my Indiana town was why I didn't see them there. Here I see tons and tons of runners, but none with strollers. I'm wondering if it is the nanny culture here. Nannies can be as cheap as $300/month if the live in.

I see a lot. My immediate block has a lot of kids under 5, and I think everyone has a BOB! Plus we live .5 mile away from a regional multi use path, so it's pretty common.

I'm in southern Ontario, Canada. I don't see many of the jogging ones, maybe 2 or 3 times in a year (and they might be the same person I'm seeing each time lol). The big off-road ones are pretty popular around here with all the trails.
In the DC suburbs, I saw them all the time. In the more rural area where we moved I don't think I've seen anyone else running with one. I tend to see more cows on my run than people, so there's that....

I see many, many jogging strollers when I'm out on the paths/trails here in the DC area. I saw a lot of them when I lived in ABQ and LA too. I really don't think I saw any when I lived in the Florida Panhandle, but I also rarely saw people running there period.
